We’ll kick it off with joy and spark!
Starting at Pebble Creek Grill,
Come join the fun, it’s sure to thrill!

After the parade, stick around,
Santas’mores, and hot chocolate will abound!
From 3:30 to 5:00, the treats will flow,
But Santa must leave at 5:00, don’t you know—
Back to the North Pole, he’ll take flight,
So don’t miss your chance for a photo tonight!

Deck out your ride, make it shine,
The best cart will get a prize so fine!

May's PC Phase One YOM!

The Walker residence at 2 Applejack Lane is the May Yard-of-the-Month selection. Ron and Martha Walker moved to Pebble Creek in 1989. They designed their home and landscaped the grounds with unusual shrubs and trees. Most notably Martha trained a Smoke Tree to grow with a low profile as would a ground cover. The Smoke Tree’s beautiful burgundy leaves add a rich contrast to the landscape greenery. Photographs include the Smoke Tree, Mahonia, Peony, and lush English ivy cascading over the brick hardscape.

Congratulations April Yard of the Month!

Congratulations to Rick & Donna Cross of 301 Pebble Creek Drive! They are our Phase 1 March YOM! Please read on to hear from our proud property owners!

We sure enjoy living in Pebble Creek and have the world's best neighbors.

Robyn and Sandy asked for some philosophy of yard work. Ours is a simple philosophy: do whatever Landscapers Supply tells us. They test the soil, give instructions, and we obey. We have not found that fertilizer makes much of a difference. We put down extra seed in the fall and then some in the spring. Sprayed weed killer. Defined the beds with mulch. Normal stuff.

A good thing that has come from our yard is Acorn Global Advance (acornglobal.org). I was painfully raking acorns in the fall. and picked up one and was reminded that a similar acorn, under God's supervision, became the amazing tree above me. From Pebble Creek, we started a non-profit, Acorn Global, that engages with individuals, many of whom are entrepreneurs (business acorns!), connecting them with incredible global Christian projects that impact children, students, the hungry, and indigenous churches.

There is some philosophy, Sandy and Robyn! Have a great day.

Leaf Pickup Dates 2022

Neighbors,

The leaves are beginning to fall! This year, we will have three (3) leaf pickups for each Phase One residence. They will be picking up the whole neighborhood in one day this year, unlike previous years where it has been spread out over a few weeks. You should have received a mailer from Greater Greenville in regards to the process and where and how to place your leaves. The pickup dates are as follows:

**This is for leaves only. NO sticks or other debris. Please have your leaves out by the night before each pickup date and if at all possible, please do not pile your leaves out in the road for multiple weeks leading up to the pickup date.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Josh Moore
